"Negative Space is a monthly writing column I made for the local JET publication Good Morning Aomori.

The core concept was to share art concepts like space, color, and character design in an accessible way. But after about a year into making it, combined with the ennui and angst of the COVID-19 landscape, I started writing in the form of short comics.
